3pm   Monday 9th April                                                             Cheadle Hulme
(Note the day of the week and time)

Easter Monday Afternoon Tea

Stuart and Dorothy invite you to their home on Easter Monday for afternoon tea.  For some members, the days
leading up to and including Easter Day form a busy period and the Group traditionally does not meet in Holy Week.
After the celebration of the good news of Easter has been experienced anew, Easter Monday gives an opportunity
for members to meet together and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the company of our kind hosts.
Stuart and Dorothy would like to have an indication of numbers attending.
If you plan to attend, please phone them

“A Banquet in the Far East”

At the time of preparing this programme Peter T is undertaking a trip to the Far East.  Peter spent 10 years of his
career working in Hong Kong.  His former close business colleagues have been encouraging him to return there for
a grand reunion.  So Peter plans to spend several days of his holiday in Hong Kong.  During this time he will be
guest of honour at a Chinese banquet.
Peter has agreed to talk to the Group about the experience of renewing his acquaintance with the Orient and the
friends who were a big part of his life there.
For directions phone Michael J.
